Testimonials & Reviews
John Ginn has been amazing to work with. I never knew all the ways in which our company could benefit from having competent legal representation until I began working with John. The experience has been both empowering and comforting, and John's stable, even-keeled demeanor provides an excellent sounding board for all the wily situations I throw his way. I only wish we had enlisted him to our aid sooner. This may sound patronizing, but having someone honest and capable batting for your team is such a blessing.
John Ginn was very helpful and the staff was friendly. John was helpful even with a pretty unreasonably shot timeframe. He was able to pretty much get what I needed complete without too much delay. He represented me well in contract negotiation for a small business, and assisted in added protections for me. Pleased with the service. In the future I will be sure to reach out earlier so there is no delay on our timeline.
Truly pleasure to work with. This is a group of knowledgeable, driven and responsible professionals who will keep you informed along the way and make sure you are completely satisfied prior to signing the documents at the closing table. Highly recommend using Lion Title, John Ginn and Scott Patrou for all your real estate / estate planning needs.
Based off of my own legal knowledge, I performed my own research and found attorneys Ginn and Patrou. Upon working with Mr. Ginn, he has been nothing short of very understanding, works very hard, diligently and thoroughly. There was never a time that I had to go wondering about things, he was always very responsive. He or Mr. Patrou were always available. They were professional, aggressive, and kind hearted.
I contacted John and Scott to assist with an eviction of a tenant that was freeloading in a home owned by a friend that is living out of the country. John Ginn has been exceptionally helpful and attentive. Fast response and knows what to do. This has been a very pleasurable business experience with a law firm that knows how to get things done. I would recommend them without hesitation.
